At end of 2014, Mr. Guochun Zhang, Secretary-general of China Appraisal Society, gives his 2015 Dedication named “Effective assets appraisal can promote development of China's economic society”. He addresses to all appraisal peers: ”Assets appraisal is a product of market economy, it should have independent and objective authenticating function for appraising assets, it is a significant tool for maintaining economic order and optimizing allocation of resources. With development of national economic reformation and improvement of market economic system, Assets appraisal industry play a significant role in safeguarding interests of state-owned assets, standardizing operation of capital market, avoiding financial risks and protecting social public interest and national economic safety. After more than 20 years of effort, Assets appraisal industry of China has completed an appropriate appraisal way used for economic development, established a set of theoretical system of appraisal and practicing standards, trained numerous professional appraisal talents. At present, China’s assets appraisal industry has more than 3,000 appraisal agencies, more than 30, 000 certified public appraisers and more 100, 000 appraisal practicing personnel. Independent, objective and impartial assets appraisal services provided by China’ assets appraisal industry have won governments’ trust, market acceptance and respects of international peers”.

　　At end of Mr. Zhang’s dedication, he represents China Appraisal Society to thank all appraisal peers for their great contribution to China’s assets appraisal industry of China and to thank all social personages supporting China’s assets appraisal industry.
